Kilim designs are made by interweaving variously colored wefts and warps, thus creating what is known as a flatweave. They are made of 100% wool and dyed using vegetable dyes, the same as the traditional carpet or pile rugs.
This is a vintage item that may have some stains, wear, worn spots, repairs, holes, fading or other naturally occurring damage. We only offer items we would be happy to have in our own homes but want you to be aware that you are not purchasing brand new condition items!
Measurements provided are as accurate as possible but keep in mind that handmade items are not perfectly uniform!
